We get lots of questions on how to send in a fork or shock for service. Here are a few tips on what to expect.
Fill out the work order on the left. When you click submit, a copy is sent directly to us. We'll get your info in the system and know to expect your shipment.
Please print a copy of the work order for yourself and include it in the box with your fork or shock. It is really, really important for contact information to be inside the box. Due to the volume of jobs coming in, we immediately recycle all incoming boxes and we can't track your job by a return address on the box. If we don't know whose fork or shock it is, your job will sit on the shelf until you contact us.
Ship your suspension using the couriers provided or any carrier convenient for you. However, we return ship with Aramex or Courier Guy. Please note that we highly recommend that you take out insurance for your parcel.
When we receive your box, we will email you to confirm receipt.
Turnaround time is usually 48 hours or less. A Technician will call you if there are any questions or issues with your job.
When your job is complete, we will contact you for payment and shipping. We will email you an invoice with our banking details and reference number for payment. Once payment has been made by EFT and proof of payment received we will ship your fork or shock the same day. If you provided us your email, you will receive a tracking number from us.
RBC will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods while in transit with the courier company.
